Jan 15, 2008 Tap: Straw hue with no carbonation to speak of. The aroma has notes of tart green apple, yeast, fleshy and funky esters and a bit medicinal. WOW, the taste is sharp and quite tart/sour with apple, grassy, and herbal tones. The light body is refreshing and mouth watering before heading towards a bone dry finish. It is different for sure with no traces of sugar left and the slight funky quality. This would go over well with the gueuze fans.
