3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Handbottle shared by BBB63. Tartish, rough, cranberry flavors, with fruit skins and peach pit, and a kind of malty-sweet note. Light fruit skins and apple juice flavor, with some malty, grainy, and some good sour notes. Tough to get full sourness with 14% for sure but this is partly there, a unique attempt for sure. Surprisingly hard to put down for its strength. I gave this a 2 for appearance, I wish I knew why but I didn’t write anything down. I must have been hella ugly as I almost never give that low for the look.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
T3 tasting. Light amber color with a fantastic head. Nose is tart and sweet. Flavor is super tart. Great! It’s a good thing Paderfan hid this or it would have been 1/2 the bottle he took home.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at Toncatchers T3 tasting. By this time in the evening my taste buds are pretty much shot, my notes are gibberish and I’m happy. Looks like I wrote something about yellow color, funky aroma and tart oak tannins with peaches. Gonna have to re-rate this someday. Cheers to all at the tasting.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Appearance: Pours a hazed, dark golden-amber body with no head, but a glass-lining white ring.
Smell: Generously aromatic mixture of malts and funk-n-sour-scented peaches dosed with peach schnapps.
Taste: Sweet malts infused with peach necatr and light traces of the wine barrel aging shining through. Sour and tart flourishes of lacto and brett. Slight hint of oak. The finish is bone dry with small, lasting touches of sour fruit.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-high carbonation.
Drinkability: 14% ABV seems to be a curious claim. Well, if they insist. Still though, it’s quite drinkable regardless of how much alcohol is present and fairly interesting overall. Nice stuff, Livery!
