8/11/12. GTMW. Slightly hazy golden pour with a nice enough off-white head. Light tartness and soft wheat in the aroma with a bit of Belgian yeast, esters, and spiciness. Bready, malty flavor hits as well as more of a hint of tartness, citrus, lemon, and spice. Not bad!

Pours a light golden yellow, hazy, tight white head with huge retention. The nose is a bit grainy, loads of peppery spice with a nice twang, notes of lemon and some earthy herbal notes. The flavor is more integrated but sweeter. A little bit too much sugar left over with a mellowed spice and nice lemon note. Some citrus hop with a notes of herbal hops. Medium body, a touch syrupy, lighter carb for the body.

13 oz glass at the brewpub. A hazy golden beer. Very small whitish head is little more than a ring. Mine is diacetyl. Buttery, thin. There is some fruit. This is infortunate.
So, the brewer just brought outvanother glass apologizing that the wrong beer was poured before. This one is much nicer. Some very nice hops in the nose and flavor. Minteresting barnyard stuff going on, too. I would call this fruity and funky. Decent malt, too. A much nicer beer than earlier!
