diabel (1188), Aarschot, Belgium May 6, 2008 Bottle Clear amber body. Frothy off-white head. Aroma of some hops, citrus, vanilla, ... not very intense. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour: somewhat citric, but not very special. Balance is ok, but no complexity at all. Yet another De Proef beer.
BartC (222), Lichtaart, Belgium May 27, 2008 Hazy amber beer with a small white head. Slightly fruity aroma. Nothing that really pops out. Mild bitter flavor but at the end the malty sweetness wins.
