marcot (771) - Campomorone, ITALY - JUL 6, 2010
Bevuta all’Irish pub di Quinto (GE) dal bicchiere di Gian. Profumo intenso e carico, colore leggermente ambrato, forti toni di liquirizia caratterizzano questa birra. Non male, un pò troppo alcolica

A 12 ounce bottle thanks to Bu11eye, thanks man. Pours a cloudy copper color with a large white head. The aroma is rich and fruity, apples and berries. The flavor is good; sweet yeast, loads of fruit, pear, apple, spices, easygoing and warm. A nice brew. One hell of a blonde!

Bottle from La Maison Belge in Puerto de la Cruz, Canary Islands. The beer is a hazy orange-gold color with a thin white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, pale malt, and coriander. Medium body with a fruity character and flavors of yeast, spice, honey and some hops. The finish is coriander and yeast with a fruity aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Bottle, Carringtons, Chorlton. Hazy amber appearance with a thin head. Aroma was yeast laden with caramel malt notes. Flavour very belgian yeasty with in your face alcohol and some spiciness. Some bitterness towards the finish. Alright stuff but nothing too special.
