(Bottled, BBE 08/2009, thanks TBone!)Opaque orange with a small, firm, mostly vanishing head. Strongly orange-honey-fruity aroma with some yeast. Orange-fruity flavor with grainy, pale maltiness, and some slightly burning, sweetish-acidic alcohol presence. Medium-bodied, warming palate with pretty low, but slightly fizzy carbonation. A decent, orange-accented Belgian Strong - but still miles away from Dulle Teve (the benchmark 10% Belgian Strong blond ;) complexity-wise.

Sep 6, 2008 (Dégusté avec french tickler) Une biere blonde avec un mince collet moyennement collant. Odeur de peches, caramel et framboises. Gout sucré, alcohol et de noix. Une biere tres bien équilibré. Belle découverte!

Jul 18, 2008 Hazy honey gold hue, with a frothy white head, yeasty, fruity nose of ripe apples, with some faint honeyed pale malts, and a hint of floral hop citrusy in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, sweet honeyed pale malt character, with a warmth alcoholic mouthfeel, a light cereal grainy accent, a hint of vanilla, leading towards a honeyish warming finish.

Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, complex, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet and vineouse. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish is light alcoholic.
