Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, earthy, antique furniture, earth. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sour malt, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Pigs Ear. Almost clear amber beer, little white head. Light dry palate. Mild sweet malt, mild dried fruit hops. Dry finish. More EBBS. (English Bitter Boredom Syndrome). Except this is Welsh!

Cask, gravity at The White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks, Saturday 18th August 2012 Pours light amber, good clarity. Fruity beer with a little underlying sweetness, some sacchrine flavour, bit drying at end. Nice but the weakest of those had so far. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0
