Cask at Pigs Ear BF 2012, London. Pours clear, red-brown with a fine, tan foam head. Mild dry dark fruits on the nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with some semi-dark fruits, light grapes. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry, semi-dark fruit finish, some toasty malts. OK stuff. Respectable mild.

Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
