UPDATED: NOV 3, 2012 A very nice pear cider. Not heavily filtered so the appearence is a lovely cloudy pale yellow with a green tinge. The aroma is sweet with a touch of tartness and funk coming off the top, maybe even some creaminess like that of a brie cheese when matched with the funk. The taste is interesting and slightly complex with the pear flavours shining through with a bit of champagne and spices layered in intricately with slight yeastiness throughout. The palate is tart with a touch of a yeasty feel, just how a true cider should be. Overall, a really good pear cider.
