3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
draft - Poured clear gold with a thin head and a light pale malt aroma. It tasted sweet and light, so sweet it reminded me of some belgian blonde beers. It was lively on the palate and to me made for a decent session beer. It’s a bit lower rated than I expected. Maybe the quality drops significantly in bottles or maybe I was just having a good night and liked anything.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color with froathy white head. The aroma was sweet and harvest smelling. The taste was a sweet malt flavor.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Clear golden, medium white head. Clean and neutral malt aroma with some earthy hops. Light in body, a bit spritzy. Ok balance with some bitterness.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
From my notes 6/14/07 pours a one-finger white head that fades quickly to a ring, leaving a good lace. Crystal clear amber color. Slight hoppy nose. Good carbonation and light-medium bodied. Flavor is a smooth lager, clean finish, some bitterness in aftertaste. €4.00 ($5.48) on-tap 0.5L glass from Holiday Inn Nice, France.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A JAP beer in my book, but once again a reasonable thirst quencher in the warm French Spring sunshine. Has a grassy, hoppy quality that I liked, but if I drank this back in Sweden it would be utterly forgetable.
(Love the commercial description - a real selling point!)

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottled. Delirium Café, Göteborg.
Deep golden colur. Average head. Honey pastilles in aroma. No sourness, no adjuncts it seems. Light sweet mouthfeel. Marzipan is evident in aroma. Bit chemical when warmed up. Very smooth mouthfeel with honey in flavour. Not all bad.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Moderate hops and malty aroma (flowers).
Dark golden body, with a small, fizzy, white head; fully diminishing with virtually no lacing.
Flavour is well balanced between sweet amd bitter, maybe a bit sweeter at the beginning; short bitter-sweet finish.
Light-to-medium body with a watery texture; lively carbonation; light astringent feeling in the finish.
A bit more than a standard lager; well balanced.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap. Golden, clear beer with a small white head. Mostly malty aroma, with some hops. Malt, caramel and floral hoppiness in the flavor. The body is medium. The finish starts malty, but is soon becoming quite hoppy. Refreshing beer, but not worth seeking out. (060709)
