Cask @ 2nd Larbert Beer Festival. Unclear golden colour, off-white head. Aroma of biscuit malts, lemonade hops. Flavour is pine hops, malty backbone. Bitter and dry. Dry finish, well balanced.

Floral hop aroma. Golden coloured hoppy and fruity with a hint of dryness in a slightly peppery and bitter malt finish.

Clear light amber to medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, malty - fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, peel bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100206]

Cask at the Comercial in dunfermiline ... Hunted this one down for Jan Feb 09 trip ... Light amber ... creamy white head ... soft lemon fruit nose ... soft bitter fruits ... ligth hop ... touch dry ... little lemon... quite bright ... maybe a little uninspired... but very drinkable.
