Bottle. Pours clear orange amber with an off white head. Aroma is quite hoppy with notes of citrus, ripe orange, ripe peach, sweet caramel malts, some pine and actually quite juicy overall. The taste is hoppy and bitter with notes of ripe orange, mandarin, citrus, pine, weak grass and sweet malts. This was better than expected. Decent IPA indeed.

Lightly hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and has a decent fine crispness. The malts are thin but mildly sweet. Hops bring bitterish citric peel, mild juicy orange, mild floralness and a whisper of tropical fruits. Pinch of hop spice. Light semi dry finish. Citric peel bitter linger. Good.

Bottle at home. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is sweet malty action, woody, musty, resin, grainy and caramel. The taste is bitter, sweet malty stuff, earthy, oily, resinous, quite sweet, grapefruit rind, soapy, caramel, alcohol and bread with a dry, earthy finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Too malty and sweet. I’m not a fan.
