Cask @ GBBF 2014. Deep brown pour with a small tan head. Fairly faint nose. Mild charred grain, a bit of chocolate syrup. Flavor is at the sweeter end of the spectrum. Milk chocolate. A bit of earthy ash. Smooth and supple. OK.

Pours towards black with a beige head. Aroma of chocolate, cocoa, roasted malts and dark sweet malts. The taste has chocolate, roasted malts and slight cocoa. Mellow and easy going porter.

50 cl. bottle at DØE Copenhagen tasting. Medium high creamy lasting off-white head. Pitch black body. Mild and yet powerful coffee cocoa caramel roasted malt aroma with mild smoke notes and a fair amount of hops bitternes. Low carbonation. Long finish.

Bottle thanks to Rasmus Ott. Pours black with a small brownish head. Aroma has chocolate, cocoa, roasty malts, light caramel. Simple and nice. Taste has light sweetness, light roasty bitter, very smooth and mellow. Solid. Average carbonation and a mellow body without being watery.

Draught at Falcon, Battersea. Shared with Finn. Black as pitch. Spotty lacing. Fading beige head. Mid-sweet chocolate malty nose. Chocolate taste, as well. Roasted bitter ending Silky mouth feel. Nice stout (London 29.11.2015).
