A pale ale with a fusion of bittering hops and a wonderful three hop finish. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

Flesje van de brouwerij winkel. Goudoranje, mooie plakkerige kraag. Ruikt bitter grapefruit, smaakt ook zo, mooie balans tussen bitter en zoet. behoorlijk vol bier. Jammer dat ik hier geen krat van heb......

Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Malts are light and dry and bring dry cream sweetness. Hops are mildly pine and light orange citrus. Little aniseed before a light semi dry finish. Hangs together fairly well.

Bottle. Hoppy but bit of spice too. Lemon, bit of skunk. Strange. My least favourite of the 5 we had.

500ml bottle, cheers Dad! Frothy white head, nice lacing. Body is clear golden amber. Pungent grassy nose, a little burnt toffee, some vegetables. Flavour is resin, pine, grass. Good deal of bitterness on the finish. Mouthfeel is pretty good, decent thickness, medium carbonation. Not sure what to make of this - the nose is a bit too overpowering and spoils it a bit. Definitely hoppy though.

(draught) pours a hazy deep golden colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of floral hops, grapes and yeast, slightly musty, with a hint of powdered sugar. flavour is more yeast, some lemon zest and fudge, with a light-bitter herbal-hoppy finish. light- to medium-bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask @ Bank, Manchester. Nicholson’s Beer Festival. Golden with a creamy head. It’s tropical fruit hopped although has a greater taste than aroma in this respect, with zesty orange more than evident.
