Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Amber red with a cream foam.  Aromas are weetabix and toffee with hints of chocolate.  Earthy with mellow red berries and bubblegum.  Bready yeast with caramel.  Flavours are sweet weetabix and caramel with pear and mellow lemon fruitiness.  Chocolate, also, with leafy, dry, green hops.  Pretty good.

On cask at The Blue Blazer. Pours an amber colour with a decent beige head. Aroma is quite malty with caramel and a little lemon, Similar flavours with caramel and lingering biscuity malt. Moderate carbonation. Nice.
