Draught at Brasserie Federal, Zurich. Clear golden with a frothy white head. Clean malt and spicy hop notes. Same flavour. Good carbonation. Mild hoppy bitterness in the finish. Refreshing pils that solid by Swiss standards.

bottle, bought at Coop labelled Birra di Riso Ticinese. Clear golden colour, small head. Well-balanced brew, malty, slightly hoppy with slight hints of rice. Dry finish. The rice is not as obvious in the flavour as expected.

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, rice, and wheat? The flavor is sweet with notes of rice and lighter notes of malt and citrus, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle (the COOP version, thanx to Quack-Duck !) Grainy, slightly sourish nose, pale golden, no head to speak of; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, crisp MF, light bodied; delicate bitter-sweet finish with an even more delicate fruity aftertaste. Nothing unpleasant detectable, but a real thin fizz......
