Biertyp: Lagerbier Alkoholgehalt: 4,8% Farbe: brillantes Goldgelb bis Bernstein Hopfen: kaum Hopfenbittere, trocken Eindruck: vollmundig, malzbetont, mild Optimale Trinktemperatur: 5-7°C Etikette: Philipp Broger, Appenzell Seit: 2010

In bottiglia. Giallo paglierino, limpida, schiuma presente e mediamente persistente.

Clear, amber color with a fine off-white head. Aroma is basically just malt. Flavor has a nice malt base.

bottle from base camp in prague. pretty dull stuff - pale golden, simple grainy aroma, barely any bitterness, instead leaving a stale porridge aftertaste

Bottle 33cl from Allen. A clear amber beer with medium head. Nose is on caramel and vegetable. Aroma is on dry grain, peppery hops, slightly metallic, caramel, bitter. Grassy and bitter hops at the finish, quite basic.

Bottled. Pours a clear light amber with a white head. Smells of bread, some grass, and a light hopping. Tastes of a medium sweetness, light bitterness, and plenty of malt, again with a breadiness, and a light fruitiness (perhaps apricot). Texture is oily, body is medium, carbonation is light. Finishes caramely and pleasant.
