The label says "brewed according to a middle age recipe" and just above "lager beer". Or how to be considered as ignorants ... Anyway: it has an hazy pale golden-orange colour, a nice lacing and a fine creamy head, subtle citrusy nose with spicey notes, light-bodied, some acidity, the finish is slightly fruity and quite watery - gentle and too light
