The head is ok, the body blond and cloudy. It smells a bit woody, wheat, malty. The taste is a bit creamy, woody, malty. 11/10/9/10/11/10

small bottle. pours a clear amber. aroma is slightly smoky and of hops. tastes alright but not very memorable. medium carbonation, doesn’t linger long taste wise.

Lätt oklar amber i färgen, vitt skum. Doftar gräs, malt, jord, tvål. Smakar malt, gräs, jord, parfym.

Not too much strong beer aroma, a little bit Hazy amber with a medium head. Sweet and grassy hops with some caramel notes. Finished just okay

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy amber, rich head. Caramelly nose with some perfume. Sweet with fairly light body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramell, pepper and paper. Low bitterness

Interesting beer especially since I’m not exactly sure what an appenzeller is. What I can say is it tastes very fresh and lively like it has to be made with mountain water. Lighter beer but not too light, like a weak amber. I’d have another :-)

Langweilig herb-holziger Beginn. Später wenig würziger, angenehm holzig – in dem sonst hohlen Bier allerdings fehl am Platz. Nicht durchdacht... 8/6/7/6/9/5

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a white head.
Smells bready and earthy.
Tastes a moderate sweet, with lots of breadiness.
Medium bodied. Creamy texture. Soft carbonation. Finishes pleasantly sweet.
It’s extremely simple, but drinkable.
