COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Golden, hazy, mid-sized, rather creamy head with a little lace; sweet-bitter flavour with a light acidity, light bodied; fruity-yeasty-malty finish with a light bitterness in the aftertaste. O.K., neither pleasant nor bad.........

(33cl swing top bottle) Hazy, light-amber colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet and yeasty cara-malty nose with subtle fruity notes and a touch of marzipan. Sweet flavour, almost medium bodied. Cara-malty, slightly nutty taste; sweetish and light acidic malty finish (17.10.07).

Orange and clear. Has a white head, medium duration. Sweet aroma, notes of coco and wine. Sweet flavor, more coco-nut, faint acid too. Creamy, watery texture. Lively carbonation.

I think 33cl bottle but it says it nowhere. Lovely label. Blond colour. White head.

Bottled. Poured clear, bright medium orange with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up honey, sweet caramel, and faint light fruits with plenty of oak and a little vanilla present.. some mild vegetal character on the back. The flavor found sweet caramel and pale malts at the core with a quick transition to spicy oak and earthy bitterness at the edges.. finished tacky with the same sweetness and oak. Lighter-bodied and dry on the palate with interesting character from the barrel. Not a great beer, but it was drinkable.
