Bottle (thanx to Quack-Duck!): Deep amber coloured, medium-sized - quite stable - off-white head; light to moderate toasty nose with a tinge of chocolate and metal; moderate - relatively dry - sweet-bitter flavour; short malty-bitter finish. Unspectacular, quite well made....

Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly ashy and slim malty taste with a touch of chocolate and herbal hops towards the finish. Not overly demanding. 20.IV.11
