Bottled. A brown beer with a thin beige. The aroma has notes of caramel and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemon, and caramel, leading to a dry roasted finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottled. Mahogany colour, rich head. Mid sweet with clean mouthfeel and light body. Not a lot of flavour - light caramel is there. Low bitterness. Very careful, but nicely drinkable.

Embrouille (2829) - SWITZERLAND - APR 29, 2009
Bottled 50cl. Bought in Rietschi Getränke, Arlesheim. An epitome of mediocre swiss beers - I am not a big fan of Dunkels, but this one is really worth avoiding. Extremely dull. Buttery metallic nose with hints of boiled cabbage. Sweet metallic taste. Sticky. Good lacework. Low bitterness. Flat palate.
