Many thanks for this Bio Swing bottle bier to kevnic2000. Piwo ekologicznych upraw, krachla tradycyjna, porcelankowa, piana srednia ale trwala, zapach ciasta drozdzowego i jablkowej tary. W smaku nonfitura jablkowa, nieco kwaskowej pszennej slodowosci, chlebowej skorki. W smaku delikatne, lekkie ale przyjemne. Metnosc srednia choc solidnie zalepiajaca dno tej zgrabnej butelki. Zabraklo nieco wytrawnosci i goryczki.

Drinks of the workd, geneva bottle: pours slightly unfiltered golden with a white head. Aroma is grass and a lot of pale malt. Easy to drink. Not very hoppy. Quite grassy in taste. Not sweet.

Bottle from a Geneva Coop. Golden with a white head. Sweet lager taste. Citrus, hay and very light metallic notes. OK.

50cl fliptop bb04/2015, Maruhn. Gentle noble hops nearly manage to reach through a smotheringly rich blonde loaf of bio quality bakery malts. Well in line with the SW-German tradition of a malt-dominated, filling Zwickl.

33cl bottle from a Swiss friend. Thick creamy white head. Clear golden pour. Not bad but not great either.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 330ml bottle served in a Pilsener glass. A: Pours a light yellow color. Absolutely clear. Forms a medium creamy and fizzy head with low retention and many lacings left. A thin white layer persists on the top for some time S: Very grainy and biscuity. Sweet grains, bready Lager yeasts and flowery lemony hops. A bit of ashes sensation too T: As the nose. Light sweet malts upfront. Bready Lager yeasts. Metallic. Ashes, again. In overall, a dry taste. Quite biscuity and a good citrus and skunky hoppy bitterness in the end M: Very light and smooth body. Good carbonation. Grainy and hoppy aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Very honest Euro Lager. Good session beer [ BA Review @ 1/5/2013 ]

33 cl bottle @ PBF IX.
Pours pale clear golden color with a small head. Grassy and starchy aroma and flavor. Very dull and no opponent to consider here. Crap.
