Quack-Duck (5921) - Down South, - AUG 9, 2007
bottle. Dark gold colour, nearly amber. Very cloudy. Interestingly the colour is darker towards the top of the glass. Very creamy and persistent head, lasts until the last sip. Very yeasty character, malty, hints of grain. Slightly hoppy in the finish and aftertaste. Pleasant carbonation and smooth mouthfeel.

Allen (2469) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 5, 2011
Bottled 50cl. Appearance: It pours a slightly hazy gloden beer with a tallish, nicely remaining white head. Sticky chunky lacework. Aroma: Grainy malty nose which is reminiscent of apple, marzipan, honey and sugar puffs. Some spicy hops. Taste and palate: Medium bodied. Moderate bitterness. Malty, grainy with breakfast cereals showing up. Herbal. Earthy hops throughout. Some residual sugars in the finish. Overall impression: A decent organic beer.

Geuzelambix (229) - København, DENMARK - AUG 11, 2011
Refreshing beer. Not much aroma but plenty of taste. Subtle bitterness and well balanced palate. It’s not a beer that rock the world, but I’m sure that most people will like it. A bonus point for being organic.

Swing-top bottle. Creamy barley malt and hay aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color. Slightly sweet milky barley and hay flavor. Nice body. Very nice - Locher’s malt flavor kicks ass.

Nickls (1347) - SE DC, Washington DC, USA - DEC 25, 2010
Bottle. Pours with a nice finger of of white foamy head with OK retention. Lemony yellow hue that’s slightly hazy. Some earth and sulfur in the nose with a mild hop bitterness and cereal. Taste is slightly sweet at first, and then a little grainy. Mild hop does come in at the end. Lighter to medium body with very soft carbonation. Boring, but drinkable.

Aroma: herbs, citrus. Appearance: orange, cloudy, minimal head. Taste: medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour. Palate: light body, slick feel, soft carbonation. Very flavorless, I would not recommend this.

Ungstrup (24029) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - OCT 26, 2009
Bottled. A golden beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of straw, metal, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, bread, straw, and minerals, leading to a dry strawy finish.
