2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle from a random retailer in geneve, apparently some time ago (bbe was in feb). Golden clear. Floral meadowy fruityness, candy. Light body, sweet florals. Actually quite interesting. Not really beery, but gruutish. Better than uerige’s malt lemonade!

I found this defination "kom·bu·cha
Pronunciation: "käm-’bü-sh&, -ch&
: a gelatinous mass of symbiotic bacteria (as Acetobacter xylinum) and yeasts (as of the genera Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces) grown to produce a fermented beverage held to confer health benefits; also : the beverage prepared by fermenting kombucha with black tea and sugar"
I can’t read or translate the description but the web site appears to indicate that this is for high end hotel. 3 Locher beers were part of a sampling from Poperinge. Big head. Lasting sticky lacing. Surprising appricot and peach aroma. Taste is actually refreshing. A hint of metallic but mostly fruit. Sweet but not syrupy.
