Pours golden, almost orange; hazy; lasting, white foam - aroma of different herbs, pine, maybe also lavender - light sweetness at the beginning, light bitterness afterwards, very balanced - light to medium body, rather sticky texture, average to high carbonation - long finish, aroma of pine still reconizable, very light bitterness

Tasted at brewery. Pours hazy golden with moderate white head. Releases an aroma that is herbal, mountainy, very slight sweetness. Refreshing, grainy lager with hints of herb, finishing with a touch of pine that is not at all obvious. We were told that fir buds are brewed and fermented in the beer, so the pine effect comes with lots of finesse.

Bottle 33 cl from Bier-Bienne (CH). Veiled blonde with short white head. Aromas of malt, honey, fir-sap, vegetable. The taste is soft, light, with a hadow of herbaceous bitterness. Hints of honey, hawthorn. It faints on a sappy note of fir-pine. Why not ?

Bottled 33cl. Underrated in my opinion. Mystical, spciy and with plenty of character. Nicely brewed. A interesting experience. Definitely not a bock!

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden, small head. Lavender aroma. Sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. The floral perfumy lavender dominates. No bitterness. Quite interesting.

pours a hazy pale orange colour under a giant foamy white head; nice lacing; strong aroma of herbs and pine needles; perfumy and resiney; some sweetness, medium-bodied and quite lively palate; low bitterness, long herbal finish with more notes of pines - very interesting but little to do with a bock
