Pale yellow with a smallish white head. Slightly skunky hops, with a very muted aroma. Bland and watery with a touch of bitterness. Body is very light. Boring.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, grassy, grainy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120331]

Originally rated August 2004. My first Switzerland brew. This one poured a clean golden colour with a nice bubbly white head. I could smell aromas of honey and malt, very little though. Taste is very light, with a slight bitter-sweet finish. Comes in a green bottle. Not much to it.
