Bottled. Pale yellow-golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malty with a bit of cardboard. Regular lager. Nothing fancy to expect.

Golden color, clear liquid and minimal head. Very light malty aroma. Taste - light, refreshing and bitter in the end. Not bad for a swiss beer.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, a bit pale, medium head, no lacing. Low carbonization, some odd tastes, not particular aromas. Somewhere on the scale between mediocre and bad.

Bottle from Bignens Vins, Balexert. Crazy rubbish about the full moon on the bottle, who knows what madness is going on in the mountains. Very pale golden lager. Soft mouthfeel with some spicy noble hop bitterness to finish. Actually slipped down quite nicely. Definitely a step up from Eurolager, it’s not Pilsener Urquell from the wood but don’t know why people are quite so down on it beyond the usual bias that all noble hopped lagers are skunky.

Bottle from a Geneva Coop. Typical golden lager appearance. Pretty typical flavour too. Citrus, some hay, light metal. Highly carbonated.

Golden color with little foam. Very malty smell. The taste is very lager-like with a too strong barley focus. The aftertaste is okay, but not more. A good lager, but too much barley for my taste.

Smells of wheat and grass. Pours clear golden with a fine white head with good lacing. Nice sour taste. Notes of lemon and leather. Round palate with nice carbonation and a sharp, crisp finish. Quite nice.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2014 330ml twist-off cap bottle served in a Thumbler glass. A: Pours a pale golden yellow forming a medium fluffy white head which dissipates quickly leaving a thin layer and some lacings around S: Very grainy in the nose. Lager yeasts and a bit ashy too. Notes of flowery hops T: As the nose, mild sweet grains upfront, followed by notes of Lager yeasts and citrus hops. A little bit metallic too. In overall, a dry beer with a mild citrus hop bitterness in the end M: Light watery body and medium carbonation. Watery with a metallic and bitter aftertaste O: Easy drinking. Simple but very honest. A good session Lager beer [ BA Review @ 10/20/2012 ]

Bottled 330ml. -as Appenzeller Vollmond Bier. Yellow/golden coloured, small white head that went away fast, bready nose. Light malty, bready and some light notes of herbs with touch of salt in the finish. Average and boring.
