33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully diminished white head. Earthy and skunky aroma, dry malty beneath. Flavour is mild butterish and cardboardish dry. Flavour is not as bad as the aroma - luckily. Flat finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty wtih notes of straw, and so is the flavor, though added a note of honey.

Bottle. No way! Golden with a small head. Grainy beer with corn and slightly malty and hoppy. Flat and one dimensional. Why make a beer this boring?

[thank you, henrikb]
Pours pale golden with a small, frothy, white film head. Aroma is grainy and with a clear citric bite. Some cabbage notes as well. Spritzy and thin mouthfeel. Flavour is dominated by vegetables and only weak maltiness. Poor.

Bottle - Dark golden orange hazy body with a medium sized bubbled head; VERY boring near nothing nose where you really have to focus to detect any hop, malt or yeast; Big bubbled carbonation in simple soft and slightly bitter body; Better finish, malt bitter and the yeast is almost present. VERY bring but actually drinkable.

Embrouille (2830) - SWITZERLAND - FEB 17, 2008
Bottled 33cl. It pours a slightly hazy golden beer with a nice head. The nose is of nuts (walnuts and chestnuts), sorbet, mushrooms and manure. The taste is similar to the nose. Nicely fruity though. Good balance. Slightly salty. Medium bodied. Grassy hops accompanied by honey. Pleasant bitter finish. Reminds me a bit of the non alcohol one by coop. Interesting and decent.

bottle. Cloudy pale yelow, large head. Fruity and yeasty flavour, quite malty with pleasantly resiny and grassy hops.

Sampled in Switzerland in 2001. Was very well priced but the first Organic european brew i had ever had. was very light with minimal flavor but packed a good punch of alcohol. worth a try if you are looking for more than a sipping beer.
