COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after a great Folsomite that ran a not-so-great business, this is a golden ale light in body and flavor. Small additions of hop makes this ale the perfect thirst quencher. Crisp & dry for a refreshing pint anytime.

~Light Orangey Citrus aroma with light clean malt. ~Pours a light clear orange color with no head. (Served in a plastic cup) ~Light refreshing orangey citrus flavor with kinda wheaty? malt flavor. ~Med bodied, high CO2, clean light citrusy finish. ~Excellent Summer Session brew. A lighter body would be nice.

Another joint tasting with Strykzone. This poured slightly haze golden color and raised a nice white head that had good retention. The nose is banana and citrus. Medium body and smooth clear mouthfeel. Flavor is tasty with banana and citrus and hint of some spice , Finished much like a hefe. Very nice brew and exceptionally easy to drink..

Kindly sent my way by Hayduke whit whom it was shared via Facebook chat with he and his brother Rick. This poured a mostly clear golden but with lots of tiny yeast particles suspended. A nice white soapy head that lasted a couple of minutes. The aroma was like candy with bubble gum and bananas. Those were prominent in the flavor as well. Throw in some hops with some nice citrus and it made for a very easy to drink beer. It was akin to a hefe but with a hint of attitude from the hops. Refreshing to the max! Perhaps the perfect lawn mowing beer. It did’t try to do too much and it succeeded that much more.

Pours cloudy yellow with a nice white head and a floral citrus aroma. There is a thin pale malt flavor with some carbonation and a little finishing bitterness.

Solid offering, pours clear golden with a thin off white head. A bit sweet and fruity, with a nice grain influence in the flavor with a lasting finish.

Sampled on 8/12/2009. This blonde/golden ale pours a medium gold color from a 12 oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is grainy, fruity, orange and sweet. Medium bodied blonde ale. The malts are fruity and grainy. The hops are floral and earthy. Nice carbonation. This one is hoppy for a blonde ale, but still has a lot of that golden/blond sweetness. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Draft at the California Brewers Festival. Hazy gold; light white head. Near medium body; firm carbonation. A bit bready; seems lightly citric. Refreshing.
