Commercial Description:
Named after the long running Folsom bicycle club, this ale includes flaked oats added to black roasted & chocolate malts. These give this classic a brilliant creamy head with just enough hop to balance this smooth, soft, full bodied ale to the end.

Soft and mildly roasted nose. Medium mouthfeel with nice cocoa and coffee notes. Nice clean crisp finish.
