2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
3 ounce sample at The Davis Beer Shoppe. The aroma is lightly earthy and piney. Light cereal maltiness is also present. Transparent golden body with a medium, off-white head and decent head retention present. Starts with light earthy hop flavors, before this becomes rather grainy in the middle. Somewhat chewy with tannins, too. Finishes with mild hop character. Lacking oomph. Where are the hops in this IPA?
