Cask; Occasional; <br />A traditional blend of English Fuggles and Golding hops combined with the smooth and slightly roasty character of chocolate and crystal malts to produce a warming, yet easy drinking ale.

Cask@The Wenlock Arms, London. Fairly standard bitter, with a grainy malt character, balanced, with some lightly citric, lightly bitter earthy hops. Soft and easy to drink.

A Mes rate. Gravicask at Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Clean golden brown with no head. Nice bitter citric hoppage with some balancing earthy malt. Straight forward and maybe a little boring but the flavours are really good.
