Gravity Cask @ Soton Beer Festival 07. Fresh leafy citric hops. Light tofffee and malt flavours. Pleasant bitterness but not excessive. Very drinkable.

Cask at the Monks Retreat (JDW), Reading. Gold with a trace of white head; light citrus aroma; sharp, sour and bitter grapefruit flavour. Clean and refreshing.
