berkshirejohn (3020) - Bracknell, - JAN 8, 2009
[Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading.] Very lively and difficult to draw - eventually settled with a straw body and thin dense off-shite head; grainy cereal aroma; similar flavours with some citrus and honey; smooth creamy finish, slightly dry and peppery and no sign of the Cascade hops.

DruncanVeasey (5150) - NUNEATON, Blue Square Prem, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - JAN 5, 2011
Cask handpull, Whitefriars, Coventry. Honey gold with a fine skim and plenty of lace. Nose: orange peel impressions, slight catfood, musky hop. Good balanced taste; lemon zest and vaguely tropical hop ending with cream on wafers. Good enough to encourage a re-sampling.

SilkTork (4738) - Rochester, Kent, United Kingdom, WALES - DEC 20, 2009
JDW, Rochester. Pale gold. Quite dry. Good fruit. Like a fruity lager. Quite vague in the middle where the sweet malt merges with bittering hops. Drinkable.

Cask conditioned handpump Crosse Keys London. A light gold coloured beer with a whitish head and lacing. A decent lemony hoppy beer with good sharp citrus in the nose and a bit of orange mixed in in the mouth. A tad lightweight as far as the malt levels are concerned but good flavours.

harrisoni (10070) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - DEC 20, 2009
Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Pale gold colour crystal clear, thick white head. This is what a blond ale should be like, lively, good body, decent pale malts , but really good hops, sherbert on finish, good grapefruit/tangerine aroma. Good enough to have 2 pints of it.

Cask conditioned at The Rose & Crown, Charlbury, Oxon. Gold amber beer with white head. Light and dry hoppy beer, refreshing with a particularly citric bitterness on the finish. Nicely balanced and very drinkable.
