Cask, Monthly Special, July;
Brewed exclusively with American Cascade and Willamette hops. The flavour is unmistakable. Pronounced grapefruit, red berries and pepper combine with a delicate malt finish

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Golden amber with a thin white head; floral aroma; soft malty body; followed by a gentle grassy bitterness. Seems to me to be lacking in American hops - certainly doesn’t lift my feet off the ground.

Cask by hand-pump at Bon Accord, Glasgow - clear golden amber, thin white head, bit of grapefruit on the aroma, poor lacing, citrus, nicely balanced, good carbonation, easy to drink

Cask at The Guildford. Pours clear amber, decent just off-white head. Nice citrus and berry hop aromas, but quite a lot of butterscotch. More butter on the taste too. Light caramel sweetness. OK.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Out Of The Vaults, Leicester. A light amber coloured beer with an off-white coloured head. The aroma is hoppy and quite fruity. The taste is also hoppy and fruity. Altho it is heavily hopped I wouldn’t have picked up on the cascade or willamette. served quite warm, but has good flavour.

Cask Conditioned at Rose & Crown, Charlbury, Oxon. Brown orange colour with a whisp of a head. Low conditioning detracted from this beer, which nevertheless had underlying rich flavours. Decent hoppy long finish, but not really to the mark.
