COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lookout is balanced between a rich caramel body and a citrus hop soul. Two types of crystal malt give this brew a bright copper color. Dry hopped with Cascade hops, providing orange peel and floral notes in the aroma.

The beer pours clear copper with an off white head. The aroma has caramel malt, cream, pine, grapefruit and light tropical fruit. It has a medium crisp body with light carbonation. The taste starts with sweet caramel malt, pine, wood and some wintergreen. The finish has lots of love. Pretty solid APA.

Pours a bright golden orange with a white head and good lacing. Aroma is light with some floral and citrus and light biscuit malt. Orange, mild pine, caramel and some toastiness in the balanced taste. Finishes with a bit of sweetness. Medium body and carbonation. Enjoyable and well made pale ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark amber pour with an off white head. Malty aroma with some bread Slightly sweet malting up front, somewhat watery. Some hops into the finish... not much, but enough to make it a nice bitter finish, slightly sour, but not unpleasant

The aroma is quite light but has hints of pale malts and floral hops, and the appearance is clear amber with a white head. The taste is slightly sweet, a touch sour, and slightly bitter. The palate fuses an average carbonation, slightly sticky texture, medium body, and a dry finish.
