COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mamoot is the brown ale’s laid-back brother, a perfect breakfast beer. Subtle notes of jam, chocolate and coffee add to the toasty finish. This is a full-flavored brew, despite being a sessionable 4% alcohol by volume.

Sampler at the brewery. It poured an amber color with a tan head. The aroma was of malts and nuts. The taste was of malts, sweet apples, caramel, flowers with some slight bitterness. It had a light to medium body with medium carbonation. Very nice.

Sample at Boulevardia 2015. Comes reddish brown with an average off-white head. Mild aroma of malt and caramel. Taste is roasted malt, caramel, yeast, and a bit of coffee. Easy to drink.

dark amber color with a nice thin white collar. The aroma has a faint malty biscuit, with a nice nuttiness. Brawler has a very pleasant flavor with a faint amount of nuttiness, roasty malt, some honey, malty biscuit. The palate has a very pleasant nice smooth full roast ending

On tap at the brewery. Dark red pour. Flavor is dominated by a toasted/roast malt flavor. Slightly burnt. Interesting beer. Wasn’t so much my style, but it was unique.

A pretty decent mild ale. A bit more potent than I expected, sweet and caramelly. Toasted finish.

Sampled at the STL Hops 7th Anniversary Party - Pours clear caramel colored with an off-white head. The aroma has bread, dry caramel, brown sugar, graham crackers and English mild yeast. It has a medium crisp body with soft carbonation. The flavor starts like the aroma, but more toast and some spritziness. Very clean and nice. Really liked this one a lot.

Subtle sweetness in this mild ale. Good equilibrium so this brew isn’t sweet, nor bitter, not hoppy either...Just right in the middle. Nothing bad, but nothing amazing. Good session beer to drink a lot of while watching the game. Mine was from Logboat and according to the chalkboard was 3.8% ABV and 12 IBU.

Really light. Brown. Slight bitterness. Not much alcohol. Semi sweet. Excellent session brew.

The color is a clear orangeish brown with a frothy white head, and the aroma blends caramel and roasted malts. The taste is slightly umami, slightly sour, and a touch sour, and the palate fuses a slick texture, medium-light body, soft carbonation, and a malty finish.
