pours hazy/cloudy pale yellow with a nice creamy white cap, reviving and leaving a sticky lacing. its of herbs and coriander, fresh citrus, salt, very fruity siieason-like yeast, few phenolic notes. bright to moderate carbonation, light body, lightly tart herbal-spicy finish. coriander-driven but very refreshing.

Bottle shared. Hazy gold pour with thick frothy white head. Aroma is really nice, fresh grainy notes, light brett, leathery, pretty signature Logsdon. Taste is fruity, light tartness, light farmy. Palate is light bodied, fluffy. Tasty.

(Bouteille): Une concoction fromagée, légèrement épicée et entière avec un bon niveau de complexité. Des zestes d’agrumes et des esters de bananes s’invitent à la fête et agissent librement. Très bon.

Poured from 750 into a Duvel Tulip. Cloudy yellow golden with a very good sized long lasting white head. Nose is mildly spicy with ripe bananas, taste is somewhat sweet, medium bodied with a bit of a chewy texture. Lively carbonation, good dry finish with an abrupt finish. Very enjoyable.

On tap at Bailey’s - Pours milky yellow with a white head. The aroma has rich malt, mild stone fruit, lushness and mild farmhouse notes. It has a full lush body with lots of soft carbonation. The flavor starts with malt that’s big, but dry with light bugs and earthy / grassy hops. The finis has some banana esters and peach. Quite good.

Pours gold into a snifter. Bright white head crackles and recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet caramel aromas. Sweet and dry with caramel and bread upfront turning to heather and grass before the lasting bitter earth finish.
