Capped 750 from Bine & Vine. Pours somewhat dishwater gold with a creamy white head. Light aroma of citrus and yeast/spice. Med body. Flavor is very earthy with unusual fruit ester. Runs from earthy to fruity tart to less than dry finish. Very unusual. And good.

(750ml bottle thanks to Nellie) very cloudy, bright gold-orange, excellent very-finely bubbled white head, lasts the entire drining session, and laces the glass like none other. Nose of pineapple, solid Belgian yeast, stone fruit, lightly reminiscent of Brett but this white labs guy has his proprietary yeast strains so it’s something different, lacks a bit of complexity aside from the very neat yeast/brett profile. Taste of pineapple, other stone fruits, lightly tart, unique brett/wild yeast strain here again, other tangy citrus fruits too. The carbonation is absolutely perfect, the finish is dry and tart. Really a very well done Belgian-style beer.

750mL bottle, split. A: Pale translucent gold with a fluffy white head. Nice lacing. N: Pilsner malt, ester and yeast, hints of banana. Very peppery and floral. Earthy. T: Very leafy with a sharp bitterness. Yeast is prevalent as well. Not particularly sweet which is a shame. Has an unpleasant greenness. M: Well carbonated and light on its feet. O: A bit like an overdone pils. I really wanted to enjoy this because of how much I like the brewery, but it’s too unsure of what it wants to be.

Minty, bark, spicy yeast. Sweet Belgian malts. Straight forward. Light bubblegum. Lacking character.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of strong farmhouse notes, hay, and some Belgian yeast. Flavour brings out loads of farmhouse notes, a little banana, Belgian yeast, and a little hay. Also a bit of sweetness. Wonderful depth and high drinkability. Excellent.

Draught @ Brouwer’s Café:   Straw, mild haze, moderate frothy white head, nice lacing.   Strong wheaty and mountain shrub sort of floral nose.   Slight star fruit and caraway.   Floral up front, very shrubby, slight earth and soil, with some rustic like spices.   A little warming, but not alcoholic.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   A little prickly on the tongue.   Mealy backside, wheaty, lingering soil, earth, and shrubbiness.   Could stand to be sweeter, with brighter floral notes.   Very rustic, and interesting.

750, capped and lightly waxed. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a huge surging sudsy platinum blond head. Big egg yolk, earth, and mineral nose. Funky. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Egg yolks, minerals, light nutty and floral notes, and some hay on the mid palate. Mild hay finish. Absolutely lovely.

Boy, do you think there might be some wheat in there? What a head! A dank, dry brett and spice aroma. Very fruity too with apple and peach. In the mouth it is bright and sparkling, with plenty of bready texture too, peppery spice and a good heat to the finish. Very tasty. This would get nice and funky with a little more time. Complex and long-lasting finish.

floral, straw, earthy aromas. Pours a golden cloudy hazy with a rocky white head. Great mouthful with lively carbonation to mingle with bitterness. Kinda a weird tobacco, ash in the flavor. Would defiantly by again.

Love the label and good to see another offering from the Logsdon folks. Pours a pale straw yellow. Foamy head. A light Belgian yeast note. I pick up vanilla and spice amidst the funk. My sister in law detected some fruit notes that I didn’t notice. Really light tasting and not 8% tasting at all.
