Pours cloudy golden yellow with a puffy white head. The aroma has notes of fruit, and slight hints of citrus. The taste is light and refreshing with a slightly bitter after taste. The after effect lingers in your throat for a bit. Decent saison.

Pours gold into a snifter. Bright white head crackles and recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet caramel aromas. Sweet and dry with caramel and bread upfront turning to heather and grass before the lasting bitter earth finish.

Wish Id saved my program that had the description--they use two Belgian yeasts, one fro esters & phenols, the other for crispness. Then the beer is conditioned with cane sugar. Has thickness to it. some lemon to balance the swet. aroma flowery & subtle, with some sugar. A milky lemon, not how one expects a beer to look,

Strong smells of hay, and wheat. Slightly hazy golden with a light white head. Strong yeast that grows and Drys. Stains your mouth after the sip.

(750ml bottle) Pours a golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of yeast, grass, lemon, florals, and dough. Flavor of minerals, yeast, pineapple, citrus, light pepper, and pear with a moderately dry finish.

clear light gold good head retention. Aroma graham cracker grain, dusty old hops. Tastes bready yeasty, white grapes, but clean. Creaminess and brut carb make this a lot like a real Belgian. My favorite offering from logsdon yet.

Nose of funk, grapes, old fruit. Appearance is a really nice unfiltered light golden color, with a white head that leaves its fingers all over the glass. Flavor is lightly tart, smooth ale that's really interesting. Nice full mouthfeel. I could drink a lot of this in a sitting. Balance. 8% nicely hidden. ---Rated via Beer Buddy App

Bottle - Sweet and very fruity with some grass notes. Clear gold with a frothy white head. Sweet, stone fruit, light pepper notes and a small amount of bitterness in the finish to balance the sweetness. Very nice.

750ml bottle from Belmont Station. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma is fruity, banana, yeasty, bread. Medium on the palate with soft carbonation. Flavor is sweet, bready, cereal, some clove spiciness, a little bubblegum, with a clean, spicy finish. Refreshing.
