(Tap) this is an awesome sour. Tastes a bit like wine and would pair with chocolate very well. A bit thin and dissolves quickly in the mouth. Otherwise, great!

Draft. Beautiful rich dark red. Sour and fruity nose. Interesting beer. Not very sour taste. A little spice and fruit. Smooth bitter finish.

Pours murky reddish brown with a pink head. The aroma combines tart berry, hay and funky yeast. The flavor is subdued fruit, lightly tart. OK but I’ll take any of the New Glarus fruit beers over this.

Bottle split with wife, plus ruby red, minimal head, slight haze. Nose of bing cherries. Taste begins lightly sour, cherries. Finish is abrupt but slight acid lingers. Light body.

Well this follows a night of the drinking the Dissident, and I liked that. So this murky raspberry colored carbonated beer has the mouthfeel of the Pech’n’Brett I had. However, it is light in cherry flavor, not cheap, it could be more present, more flavorful. The base beer is decent. The cherries are subdued. Enjoyable, yet not the best it could be,

Poured from bottle to glass. Muddy reddish hue with creamy tan head that settled. Aroma is cherry pit, hay, shite peppercorn, slight funk. Mouthfeel is nice with a medium light body and crisp carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness with a tart following and clean finish. Overall this is a very nice brew.

750 ml bottle pour split. Pours a super cloudy tomato juice like color with a both sweet and sour dark fruit aroma. Love the bottle and artwork by the way. Initially sweet cherry flavor with a tart finish. Seems more sour the more I drink it. Berry, fruit and sweet cherry finish. Very drinkable for me, and a good amount of flavor. I really enjoyed this beer. Fits my style well. Solid.
