Wonderful sour cherry aroma, beautiful burgundy color, lactic and sour/tart palate with a dryish finish. Excellent example of the style.

Dark red pour with an off white head. Aroma of tart cherries. Some minor tartness on the tongue with cherries and a little acidic mouthfeel. Pretty damn good stuff!

Bottle from the interwebs. Pours a deep reddish coppery brown with an offwhite head. Nose is mildly tart and earthy. Quite clean. Soft cherry and Brett comes through, low lactic acid. No vinegar really noted. On tasting, crisp and clean, low cherry overall. Refreshing, if a bit one dimensional. Really drinkable and preferred to a lot of the American sours out there.

Another excellent beer from Logsdon. Pours very hazy and a somewhat reddish brown in it. Small, dissipating head. The aroma has lots of cherry flavor and funk. Some lemons and a a bit of caramel. Oak. The taste is sourer than expected. Good tartness. Thereís some caramel malt and cherry sweetness, but itís far from cloying. Some oak tannin in the finish. Very nice beer. Feel is full with some pucker in the finish. Iíve heard a few people compare it to the NG fruit beers. I think itís sourer and lacks the Belgian fruitiness. At any rate, Iím getting to be a huge fan of Logsdon.

Received this beer from a friend in CA, coming from Stearnís Liquor in Long Beach, CA. Poured from the 1 pint, 9.4 fl. oz. bottle into a 4 Hands Tulip Glass. Has Botlte No. C 1/37 - Best by: 06/2017 on the back of the label. Aroma- has an unfamiliar cherry aroma and bit of musk behind it. Puckers the nose even. Appearance- Pours a 2.5 finger head that has great head retention. Leaves a few suds behind but no real lace and the body of the beer is dark copper with a glow to it. Has no clarity. Flavor- Starts musky and has this "Oregon cherry" taste that Iíve never experience. Dull but puckers and is very sweet. Mouthfeel- Light Bodied, Medium-High Carbonation, Effervescent, Musky finish and tart cherries. Overall Impression- Awesome Kriek! Iím interested in trying more American sours and this one was a great example of the style. Iím hoping to find another bottle of this or their Peche and see how they age. Recommend if available!

Bottle in Mesa. Pours a hazy, deep reddish maroon appearance with a pinkish head that doesnít have the best retention. Cherry, tart berry, vinous, blackberry, pie-like, sour aroma. Tangy, somewhat acetic, a bit funky, juicy, dark berry, cherry flavor. Decent but disappointing.

Tangy soft funky fruity nose. Good tangy cherry notes. Kind of musty. A little muted. Pours nice.hazy.bright red.thin off.white reddish head and sheets of lace. Flavors of tangy cherry musty basement. A light balsamic touch of funk and tang. Somewhat muted and almost uninteresting. Almost flabby carb. I guess i expected more.

750ml bottle from PDX, best by 06/2017. Murky amber/red with a huge, frothy, beige head. Aroma of tart cherry, musty oak, red wine vinegar and horse blanket. Flavor is acidic vinegar, lactic sourness, tart cherry and earthy oak. Medium to light body with active carbonation and a long finish. Nice beer, especially for the price.

Bottle in NH thanks to Wally. Pours cloudy, golden-brown with a fine, creamy, off-white head. Lightly tangy and dank cherries in the aroma. Light to medium sweet flavor with ripe and faint tart cherries, mild funk, some bitter cherry pits. Light to medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Lightly juicy. Very nice stuff overall.
