3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle : Well. It pours fluffy white - heavy and condensed - you know the type - it just gets everywhere and never quite leaves - The nose is ridiculous - I don’t necessarily mean that in a good way - bready, citrus, heavy hop esters, florals. The flavor profile reveals funky citrus, musty basement, with a high pitched bittering that comes across as sharp and somewhat obnoxious - it tones itself down on the finish line, revealing the bready notes and feint pineapple -

750ml bottle from John’s Marketplace. Pours a hazy, yellow-amber color with a nice white head. A bit of a gusher. Aroma is fruity, some citrus hops, grapefruit. Medium on the palate with lively carbonation. Flavor is a little funky, Brett, yeast, hints of banana, clove, some bitter citrus hops, bitter orange peel maybe, with a light, bitter finish. Very tasty.

Pour out of 750mL bottle, slightly hazy golden pour with white lacing head, aroma brought brett, pineapple flesh, hints of orange peel, mango, hints of biscuit, some slight tart lemon, lacto, oak, nice. Unclear pale golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing down the glass. Citric, yeast and mild acidic aroma. Nice body with a fine carbonation. Pleasant balanced sweetness and acidity. Moderate bitterness. Tasty little devil this one. Citric, yeast, fruity and mild spiced. One more please.
