Cloudy pale blond color; medium sized head. The aroma is spicy, dry; some plastic. The mouthfeel is lean, very dry, with an evident lemony and spicy character, although the spice profile is different than the usual Wit or Weisse; correct bitterness.

750mL thanks to cavemanlawyer. Pours glowing, full haze bright straw with massive white foam. Good retention and spotty lacing. Nose is slightly phenolic, fresh flowers and pollen, laundry dryer sheets. Taste is very light, super aerated with hints of crackery rustic grain. Finishes with sourdough biscuit and mild cream. Very refreshing. Just enough density to not come off as "thin."

bottle conditioned 750ml. glowing hazed gold body with a tall-building white head of foamy soap-like bubbles and patchy thick lacing. well damn, if that doesn’t smell nice...salty perfume esters, fresh orange and lemon juices and a touch of exotic spices or saffron. medium-light body with chewy wheat and lightly husky grains. soft and creamy carbonation with mild citrus juice flavor, medium acid, a lightly chewy texture late and a mild, silky wheat and cream finish. damn nice.

Sample at the Ale Wine & Spirits beer tasting on 10/24/2013: Pours a hazy golden color with a medium thin foamy white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of banana, yeast and coriander. Light-bodied with flavors of spiced wheat, bananas and earthy yeast. The finish is sweet with a spice and zesty citrus aftertaste. Decent overall.
