4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle no. P3748 best by 01/2018 BIG thanks in trade. Pour has an orange wheat color and a thin covering of off white head that retained a ring on the glass. Aroma does have fresh peaches (woo hoo), wheat, light grains, and some sweet golden that was not in the other beers. Mouthe feel is medium for rhe style and there is medium carbonation. Flavor again has authentic peach, golden sweetness, light brett, wheat, and a smooth finish that brings the fruit back around again. Incredible the difference the peach makes here making this a totally different beer. Sweetness counters the brett and is just so punchy here. I was afraid the fruit would die back and got to this quickly but I am super impressed how well it has stood up and can see it going quite a but further and still getting better.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
750 ML bottle
Hazy orange yellow color, one finger bright white head. Good retention to the head and spotty lacing.
Nose is soft oak, mineral, obviously peach but more of the skin from peaches. Touches of dried apricots as well. Nice sourness in the nose.
Good forward acid, crisp peach skin with oak. Quite nice.
Just flashes of sourness in the mid and back. Peaches have held up well. High carbonation, medium body. Drinks more like a 6% beer than a 10% beer. Solid as heck stuff

Lightly hazy golden-peach colored body, medium white head, spotty lacing. Bright ripe peaches, light must and funk, some oak and minerality. Medium to light bodied, moderate carbonation, assertive acidity, well-masked ABV, nice pucker in the finish. Excellent.

Bottle. The pour is a vibrant yellow/orange. The aroma is less sour than a lot, but still sour. The taste has a decent amount of peach, but not overpowering. Alight

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Stunner! Bottle shared by Ernesto and courtesy of Thome50. Really fresh ripe peach aroma with some lacto type funkiness and oaky spicyness. Flavor is sublime. Juicy peaches and herbal musty funk and a light lemon zing tartness. Amazingly creamy and rich with so much flavor. One of the greatest beers Ive ever had.
