COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains producing fruity and spicy flavors that are balanced by hops and a soft malt character. Special Brettanomyces yeast provides added dryness and crisp complexity. For the most satisfying results, store upright in a cold, dark place and enjoy in a proper glass.

Bottle. Pours bright orange with a little haze and a fast fading white head. The aroma is citrus, and yeasty funk. The taste adds a light spice note, pineapple, peach, and some barnyard funk. The mouthfeel is very complex and soft at the same time. Dry and crisp with high carb, and champagne qualities. Very drinkable though. Excellent representation of a farmhouse with brett. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden orangey amber. Thin head. The aroma is sweetish, bit gluey with light spice. Tart, gooseberry opening, sweet fruits, with a touch of pear in the finish and a bit of bitterness, and then the alcohol comes in the finish.

Pours a yellowish tan with a big frothy head, smells of citrus. Tastes of lemon with a bit of black pepper zest, great smooth slightly spicy finish. Wonderful beer

Hazy yellow in color... Aroma of citrus, Brett, barnyard funk, dirty socks... Flavor is fairly citrusy up front with big earthy and spicy notes throughout.... Funk on the finish... Really nice ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

*****I cut my finger trying to crack the cap. FUCK THAT BEESWAX SEAL!!!!!!!

750ml bottle pours semi-clear golden orange with 2 finger head. Nose is musty hay and orange peel, yeast, dusty brett funk. Taste is grains, wheat, cereal, orange peel, hay, brett. Finish is dry bretty yeast, citrus, cereal and light spices.

Bottle in recent trade thanks to Junstin! Pour is clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is chardonnay, subtle brett funk, light apple juice, and light pepper. Don’t think I have smelled anything like this before. Apple juice/ chardonnay blend. Flavor is really pretty subtle with light herbal saison notes, light bretty spice, and hints of hay and grass. Thin effervescent palate. Certainly solid, but kind of uneventful. Glad I got to try this one, have wanted it for a while.

Bottle received in trade. Thank you Bytemesis! Explosive crazy gusher!!! No more than a small white wine glass left of beer in the bottle. WARNING!!! Pours very hazy golden with a frothy white head that leaves some soapy lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, mango, pineapple, pink grapefruit juice, lemon zest, starfruit, passionfruit, hay, dry soil, barnyard and grape skins. Taste is bitter, fruity and funky with crackers, grapefruit juice, orange zest, lemon zest, starfruit, passionfruit, leather, hay, barnyard, white grapes, dry soil, pineapple, unripe mango and subtle hints of alcohol. Mouthfeel is round, slightly dry, slightly champagne-like, slightly boozy and medium bodied. Finish is bitter, fruity and funky with crackers, grapefruit rinds, starfruit, dry soil, leather, hay and barnyard. Tasty if slightly too boozy. Also the gushing is not OK. It’s not reasonable to loose more than half the bottle down the sink.

Bottle (Numbered 43969) poured into a tulip. Best by date is faded through the middle. Started gushing a bit but luckily didn’t really lose any of the beer. Pours a hazy golden orange with a massive head, four fingers worth or so. Head fades slowly leaving nice lacing. Aromas of barnyard funk, citrus, light vinegar, floral and grassy notes. Tasting notes of barnyard funk, Brett, citrus, lemon/lime peel, floral, grass, tart fruit. Medium body, tart and dry finish.
