Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains producing fruity and spicy flavors that are balanced by hops and a soft malt character. Special Brettanomyces yeast provides added dryness and crisp complexity. For the most satisfying results, store upright in a cold, dark place and enjoy in a proper glass.

Gushed a lot when opening. Hazy yellow pour with big head. Nice and funky aroma with a lot of citrus fruits. Expected this to be quite sour but wasn’t. A lot of yeast presence, dry and drinkable. Overall a very nice, funky saison.

Nose is slightly nickel-y with soft stone fruit and banana undertones. Flavor is very complex to my palate - almost like unripe apricot, banana peel, and a tiny hint of pineapple. Bright, somewhat prickly mouthfeel. One of my favorites.

Bottle, shared with Dave. Very hazy light yellow with a massive white head. Lots of barnyard funk, hay, lemon, dry finish. Complex and extremely delicious!

Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-dense.

Pours a very hazy orange yellow color with a nice white head and tons of lacing. Aroma is lemon, almost pineapple, and lots of funk. The taste is very grassy, lots of lemon peel, a dry funkiness, and maybe light orange. I keep getting a weird metallic after-taste that fades quickly but is unpleasant. It’s a good Brett beer and certainly doesn’t taste like it’s 8% abv.

Keg at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden, London. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white foamy head on top. Fruity, yeasty, citrus, funky aroma. Tastes similar, citrus, some apple, funky, yeasty. I actually quite liked this one even though it isn’t my normal style.

Craft near Tottenham Court Road. Keg. Light haze on this amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with good crispy fine carbonation. A very nice mix of light savoury and tangy generic fruits that lean toward a very light sourness. Orange and apricot raise up as does a trace of lemon. Light finish. Very drinkable.
