COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains producing fruity and spicy flavors that are balanced by hops and a soft malt character. Special Brettanomyces yeast provides added dryness and crisp complexity. For the most satisfying results, store upright in a cold, dark place and enjoy in a proper glass.

Bottle. Pours a radiant gold with an enormous rocky off white head. Carbonation is visible throughout and the head leaves tons of lace. Aroma is spicy, floral hops, honey, lemon and musty funk. Taste is fruity up front. Lots of apricot and citrus. Dusty funk notes on the finish and a surprising alcohol punch. Palate is surprisingly smooth with light carbonation and a quick clean finish. This is really nice.

Oh man. A really nice citrusy and wild drink to pair well with some spicy barbecue or another rich meaty meal. Perfect way to ring in the new year. Big citrus flavor and a nice wild yeast overture. Really good.

Hazy golden with a big white head that collapses pretty quickly. Strong fruity and brett aroma. Taste is medium sour lemon, lots of brett, some dusty funk, but very dangerously drinkable. Fantastic

This beer is lovely, thanks to Oakes for the find :) it has a lot of Turkish dried apricot character in all respects. The color, the juicy middle, the fructose finish, the balancing acidity. The lively hop and brett add extra dimensions, allowing both to sneak into tasty and proper pockets of happiness. The brett is apparent most in the aroma, and as the palate attenuates, in the finish. The natural lemon candy and chewing stick of licorice sweetness is one of the many things that make this beer outstandingly characterful and multi-dimensional. The hop is another. Gorgeous. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a tulip. Pours hazy golden with huge slightly off-white fluffy head. Nice tart lemon, aroma, medium body, well carbonated, and some lacing. Taste is yeasty, some tart lemon, grassy hops, pepper, and slightly dry finish. Pretty good.
