COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains producing fruity and spicy flavors that are balanced by hops and a soft malt character. Special Brettanomyces yeast provides added dryness and crisp complexity. For the most satisfying results, store upright in a cold, dark place and enjoy in a proper glass.

Bottle shared thanks to Dave. Pours a nice off-golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of funky Brett, plastic, some fruity notes, hay, bubble gum, light tartness and some mild spices. Taste is solid but drops a bit from a racier impressive aroma. Taste is bubblegum, some band aid Brett, funk, lemon, muddled fruit. Tasty

750ml bottle via trade. Poured a thick opaque light tea brown orange combo body under a large bright white foamy head. Aroma is great! Loads of funk, bubble gum, tropical fruit, dough, slight touch of alcohol. Super Fizzy body overall, dry, medium to almost every fuller mouthfeel. Flavor is good but not as good as the aroma. Dry bread crusts, lemon zest, brett, band aids, medicinal over all and some bubble gum. Good stuff.

Bottle split with Vinny. Aroma of great brett funk, apricot, pear and slight pez candy. Pours amber and heady with plenty of fuzzy head. Taste is nice and bretty up front with grapefruit zest and great sourdough yeast. Perfectly crafted and super easy to drink. These guys nailed it.

Bottle shared by madvike. Thanks. Tart and yeasty. Citrus and tropical fruit with a good dose of spicy in the finish. Wow, really good.

Sweet and sour nose. Great Apple sweetness. Really crisp and fresh. Finish was subtle sour undertones. Really solid

Poured two fingers of head on a cloudy, bright orange colored body. The aroma was bright fruit: pear and apple. The taste was a dull sour with moderate bitterness and mild pear sweet finish. The texture was crisp with a nice fizziness. Pretty tasty.

Pours gold, big white head. Aroma is tangerine, slight brett, pepper. Flavour is more orange, pepper, quite tart. Finishes fairly dry. Surprised if this has 3711, feels thinner than my experiences with this strain, could be the brett causing that.

Has a great pour where the head rises up on cue with the glass - not too quick, not too slow. Great foggy body, but the head doesn’t linger long enough to reach perfection. The aroma is slight barnyard funk and citrus with Belgian sweetness on the back end, and some coriander hints in there too. The flavour is a strong sour lambic mix with a watery hop profile lingering right through. Some yeasty animal funk in an aftertaste with a vellum finish. This is a great European-style farmhouse brew from the new world and they’ve hit the style just right.

Bottle - Pours hazy amber with a thin white head. Nose is spicy and dry with a pale malt base. Tons of dusty yeast. Taste has nice fruitiness and dry pale malt--real yeasty with a bit of spiciness. Nice fluffy white body. Fantastic stuff.
