COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains producing fruity and spicy flavors that are balanced by hops and a soft malt character. Special Brettanomyces yeast provides added dryness and crisp complexity. For the most satisfying results, store upright in a cold, dark place and enjoy in a proper glass.

Apearance is light orang with frothy head. Nose is brett funk and bananaphenols, and pinapple fruit. Tasts follows nose with orange juize zest, banana, pinapple, picking on the earth funk whole time. This is a viscous saison contibuted to by the amount of brett, very good.

Immediately after opening, the foam came out of the top of the bottle, so it seemed quite over carbed. The aroma was quite apparent with notes of carmel maltiness, spice, floral and funk. The taste was a very funky, barnyard with carmelly malt notes and a very dry finish. A touch too effervescent, maybe.

750 ml. bottle. It pours a hazy orange color with a super frothy off white head. Really cool formations with the foam. Excellent retention and lacing. The aroma is lightly phenolic with lots of pineapple, peach and spice, bread and soap. Pretty nice and very bretty. The flavor has more of the same. Lightly tart and pithy with orange, pineapple, peach, musty basement and some light citrus rind bitterness and brett phenolics in a dry finish. Medium bodied. Very well done.

Drank out of a short pilsner glass, from a 750ml bottle. Pours with with a very frothy, light head. Very cloudy and light amber color. Slightly sour and spicy aroma, with an emphasis on yeast. Taste is very complex. Nice malt, with strong clove flavor. Finishes with a flavor of wheat toast with homemade orange marmalade. There is more to this beer, but it is hard for me to describe it-definitely an adventure for the taste buds. If you love citrus-spicy beers you can't not like this. One of my favorites. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Drank out of short pilsner glass out of 750ml bottle at home. Aroma- smells like white belgium. Somewhat soapy with orange notes. Appearance- murky golden orange color with light head. Clouded. Taste- complex taste of citrus mixed with soap for lack of better words. A little bitter. Palate- ok. Same as taste. Overall- very interesting beer. Hard to describe. I understand why some love it but it is not for my taste profile.

Bottle to tulip. Somewhat of a gusher. Super hazy gold with a massive billowy white head. Tart pineapple, sour orange, peach and a little funk on the nose. Sour orange, funk, pineapple, peach explode on the palate. Herbal spicy bitterness come in and balance everything out. Super creamy mouthfeel with high carbonation make this feel fuller in body. Overall this was impressive. I wish this was available on the shelf in my area.

Oh My! This is as real as beer gets folks. Oh so very soft and creamy. A dreamy delight. Sour and tart and alcohol to boot. Wow! Appearance is on par with superior German Hefe’s. Beautiful if you stir it up. Simply amazing! Very rustic. This with pumpkin would be radical. Just a touch of sweetness.

Bottle shared by my good friend Dosbeerigos, thanks brotha! This one seemed more like a sour then a saison to be honest. Had that slight tart funky flavor mixed with a tad bit of spice. Very well balanced and easily drinkable.

Appearance: Gushing from bottle to glass with a foamy white head atop a cloudy bright amber orange body.

Aroma: Funky grandma perfume, Sour fruit/citrus fruit.

Taste: Strong funky brett. Peach and citrus. Finishes yeasty with some herbal bitternes. Has some modest, enjoyable tartness that invites me back for another taste. Alcohol level is an afterthought, super hidden.

Mouthfeel: Full bodied, lively carbonation.

Overall: The best Saison I’ve tried, bumping my all time favorite Saison du Pont and Saison du BUFF down a notch. A simply amazing beer. I would recommend chilling this real good, with the gush action I’ve experienced on multiple occasions with this beer.
