COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains producing fruity and spicy flavors that are balanced by hops and a soft malt character. Special Brettanomyces yeast provides added dryness and crisp complexity. For the most satisfying results, store upright in a cold, dark place and enjoy in a proper glass.

Bomber. Huge gusher. Nice murky orange pour with a huge head. Tart, sour lemon, wheat - slightly dry on the tongue. Really nice!

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a tulip. Pours hazy golden with huge slightly off-white fluffy head. Nice tart lemon, aroma, medium body, well carbonated, and some lacing. Taste is yeasty, some tart lemon, grassy hops, pepper, and slightly dry finish. Pretty good.

Hazy, and honey colored with... six inches of white head. Instant beer geyser when I opened this thing that dispensed with half the bottle’s contents, and would have surely destroyed my laptop. Aroma and taste are spicy pineapple brett. It’s dry and flavorful, and very drinkable, without much clue to the alcohol. Rating 1700, first Portland thanksgiving, 2013

Classic saison appearance - peach with foam. Aroma is mild sour and yeast. Taste is big sour, lasting tang. Decent and interesting saison.
